    • Ageing14 months in (new, one-year and two-year old) medium-toasted Allier French oak barrels from Boutes, Dargaud & Jaegle, Demptos, François Frères, Garonnaise and Nadalie barrel-makers.

    • Tasting noteSeductive deep garnet in colour. On the nose it exhibits aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry. After a while it displays subtle hints of black liquorice and ground coffee. On the palate it is clean with a silky texture due to its rounded tannins that give structure to the wine. Reminiscent of a red ripe fruit juice with a delicate fragrance of aromatic herbs. Aftertaste of toasted caramel.

    • Tasting noteLustrous medium intensity garnet in colour. On the nose, it displays seductive aromas of fresh Mediterranean herbs such as fennel and rosemary, with notes of blackcurrant, clove and red liquorice. Airy and juicy on the palate, sensations of wild strawberry. Notably rounded tannins provide body and temper. Globally fresh and vivid, with aftertaste hints of toffee apple.
    • Food pairingPerfect to accompany creamy goat or sheep cheese, Iberian cold meats, or tender roast meats with mild sauces.
